This session provides a deep dive into the preparation and logistics of implementing the pay ratio disclosure rules released by the SEC last year. The new disclosure has the potential to attract heavy scrutiny from the media and shareholders, and therefore will require companies to evaluate their preparation, calculation methodologies, and messaging carefully.
