Kiel Greenfield comes to Equity Methods with a diverse background in economics, data analytics, and management. As a Manager in Valuation Services, Kiel values a number of equity compensation instruments utilizing Monte Carlo simulations, Lattice, and Black-Scholes models. He also assists with analyses to help clients develop employee behavior assumptions for HR and compliance with ASC 718.

Before joining Equity Methods, Kiel attended Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business, graduating with honors, receiving a B.S. in Economics and a Certificate in Applied Data Analytics.
