Disha is a Consultant in the Financial Reporting Services group at Equity Methods. She provides day-to-day technical support to clients’ stock-based compensation reporting and help solve client’s complex equity compensation problems.

Prior to her role with Equity Methods, Disha was a Consultant with KPMG in India and was a part of the Financial Due Diligence team where she helped in supporting various M&A transactions.

Disha graduated with Masters in Business Administration, majored in Finance from Amity University, India. She also earned her Master’s in Finance from Arizona Stata University’s W.P Carey School of Business.
