Once again, we’ve earned a spot on two workplace rankings. On July 11, Best Companies Group, Bridgetower Media, Arizona Capitol Times and BestCompaniesAZ recognized Equity Methods as one of the Top Companies to Work for in Arizona for 2023. Our firm, which took the number-two spot in the Medium Companies category, has been present on this highly selective list since the program’s inception in 2013.
Then today, Equity Methods was selected as one of the Top Workplaces in Arizona for the third consecutive year. Top Workplaces is an annual program of the Arizona Republic and azcentral in partnership with survey company Energage. Employees are the sole determinators of a Top Workplaces award, and this year, 140 organizations earned recognition out of 4,882 that were invited to participate.
We’re thrilled to have earned these distinctions from independent organizations. They validate our efforts to create a friendly, supportive environment—one that encourages people to bring their A-game to work every day.
