Mona is a Consultant in the Valuation Services group at Equity Methods. In her current role, Mona provides support to team members and clients in custom valuation engagements in accordance with ASC 718. She utilizes Monte Carlo simulations, Lattice, and Black-Scholes models in the valuation of various equity compensation instruments. Mona also assists with various data-based and statistical analyses related to Pay Equity, developing CEO pay ratio and other behavior assumptions for HR.

Mona holds a Master’s of Science in Finance degree from the Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business. She also graduated with honors from the Vienna University of Economics and Business with a bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration and holds a B.A. in English and American Studies from the University of Vienna.
