David Outlaw recently coauthored an article with White & Case LLP titled “Equity Grant Procedures and Guidelines for the Granting of Equity Awards.” He offers practical guidelines and procedures to help companies grant their annual equity awards to employees and executives.
The article dives into two new requirements by the SEC that will affect how companies grant equity awards: Item 402(x) of Regulation S-K and Staff Accounting Bulletin (“SAB”) 120.
