Scottsdale, AZ (April 22, 2024)—Equity Methods, the nation’s leading provider of stock-based compensation valuation and reporting solutions for publicly traded companies, announced that it has moved its headquarters to the 8801 East Raintree Drive building on the Loop 101 following the completion of a custom office buildout.

The company’s new headquarters is conveniently located in North Scottsdale’s Greater Airpark area, with easy access to shopping, healthcare, resorts, and restaurants. The brightly colored space is more than double the size of the prior headquarters and includes an area for future expansion, reflecting the company’s ongoing growth.

“As a human capital-based organization, we came to this project with a strong vision of having private space for consultants to do focused, deep work for clients,” said Takis Makridis, President and CEO of Equity Methods. “As a growth firm, we also wanted areas dedicated to learning and connection. The completed project makes our vision a reality.”

The finished suite has over 30 individual offices and can accommodate approximately 130 workstations that afford visual privacy. Additionally, it boasts an oversized event room filled with natural light, a dedicated training room, numerous additional meeting rooms, and enhanced break areas.

“Hospitality is a big part of who we are,” said Raenelle James, Managing Director in the Financial Reporting Services practice. “In addition to creating an inviting environment for our own team, we’re excited to welcome more professional events and community organizations throughout the year.”

“The expansion is well-timed from the perspective of our externship programs,” said Radostin Kanev, a Director of Financial Reporting Services at Equity Methods who served a key role on the building committee. “Our training areas can host even more university students from across the country for tailored programming.”

Carrie Rutherford and Brian Braganza of Ajanta Design served as architects for the project. Jake Porter and Matthew Shawcroft of Renaissance Construction led the interior buildout. Additional design services were provided by EdgeQuarters.

The move marks the beginning of a multi-phased plan to upgrade Equity Methods’ infrastructure. Subsequent phases will be focused on extensive A/V and technology improvements, usability enhancements, and aesthetic touches throughout.
