Equity Methods Recognized as a Top Company to Work for in Arizona for the Eighth Year in a Row

For the eighth year in a row, Equity Methods is being recognized as a top company to work for in Arizona by azcentral.com, The Arizona Republic, and BestCompaniesAZ. This accolade comes after the firm achieved the #1 rating in its industry for client satisfaction and loyalty for the sixth consecutive year.
As the state’s most prestigious system of employer ratings, Top Companies to Work for in Arizona recognizes Arizona’s best workplaces through a rigorous, independent survey process. Surveys assess employee satisfaction and engagement on multiple dimensions, including:
- Leadership and planning
- Culture and communications
- Role satisfaction
- Work environment
- Relationship with supervisor
- Training and development
- Pay and benefits
- Overall engagement
Open to organizations with 25 or more Arizona-based employees, the annual Top Companies survey program attracts participation from a broad range of workplaces and includes some of the largest employers in the state.
This year, the company took the #4 slot among companies of its size. In 2019, 2017, and 2016, Equity Methods garnered the #1 ranking.
