For the second straight year, Equity Methods has been named a Top Workplace in Arizona. This survey-based award marks the 10th consecutive year that Equity Methods has been recognized by AZ Central as a top employer in the state.

Based solely on employee feedback, this year’s Top Workplaces award program evaluated employers against 24 qualitative metrics. Notable rankings for Equity Methods include:

• Execution – 90th percentile

• Clued-in Leaders – 83rd percentile
• Innovation – 83rd percentile

Compared with benchmark organizations, employees are more likely to use the words “hardworking,” “smart,” “friendly,” and “client-focused” to describe the culture at Equity Methods.
